What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license held for at least one year, a government-issued photo ID, and a credit or debit card in the renter's name for the security hold.
What's the minimum age to rent?
21. A young-renter surcharge applies for drivers under 25 on certain classes — ask at checkout for the exact amount.
Is insurance included?
Basic liability coverage is included in every daily rate. A full collision damage waiver can be added at checkout for extra peace of mind.
How many kilometers are included?
Each class includes a daily kilometer allowance, shown on the Fleet page next to that class. Extra kilometers are billed at a flat per-km rate.
Can I return the car to a different location?
Yes — one-way rentals within the Greater Toronto Area are available for a flat relocation fee. Let us know your drop-off point when booking.
What's your fuel policy?
Cars are provided full and should be returned full. If it comes back with less, we'll refuel it for you at a flat surcharge plus the cost of fuel.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes can be made by phone or through the link in your confirmation email.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we can deliver to your home, office, or the airport for a flat delivery fee. Choose it at checkout or ask when you call.
What happens if I return the car late?
There's a 29-minute grace period on every rental. Beyond that, late returns are billed hourly up to the full daily class rate.
Is roadside assistance included?
Yes, every rental includes 24/7 roadside support at no extra cost.
Can I add another driver?
Yes, additional drivers can be added at checkout or at the counter — they'll need to show their own license and ID.
Do you rent to out-of-province or international visitors?
Yes, a valid license from your home province, state, or country is accepted, along with a passport or equivalent photo ID for international renters.
